Hourly Rate

- £100.00 (in units of 6 minutes)*
- 0.60p per mile or second class train fare
- Taxis as charged

Letters, Faxes and incoming phone calls, Emails £100.00ph (in units of 6 minutes)*
Outgoing phone calls £120.00 ph (in units of 6 min.)*

*Value Added Tax should be added at 17.5% unless the client is based outside the EU.

Fixed Fees

1. Work permits and work permit extensions – £500*
2. Business immigration including, investors, innovators & permit – free occupations such as writers, artists ministers of religion and journalists - £750*
3. Further leave to remain postal applications – £400*
4. Highly skilled migrant applications – £750*
5. Indefinite leave to remain postal applications – £600* + govt fee
6. Visa applications for family members, fiancées and other types of partner – £500*+ govt fee
7. Family and permanent residence visas – £400*
8. Student and visitor visa applications – £250*
9. Naturalisation as British Citizen applications – £400* + £200*for second family member           
    (where applicable) + £268 govt fee

Where the professional services of an interpreter or barrister are required payment of their fees may be made through BIELC or  directly by client to interpreter or barrister.

Mileage – 50p per mile
Photographs – £4 each (when taken by BIELC)

Government fees should be made by client direct to relevant Government Department

In the event of a matter requiring the services of a barrister, their costs will be discussed separately, fees will be the responsibility of the client and payment may be made directly to them or through BIELC

*not including 17.5% VAT.Clients resident outside the EU will not normally be subject to this tax
